OPO Crew Request # 24-14 Boat owner and skipper XXXXXX has a 2013, 39 Leopard named XXXXXX that he has owned for the past 11 years. He is looking for one or two crew who in his own words. This is more a delivery passage than a pleasure cruise. More motoring than sailing and stopping if progress slows due to headwinds and seas. The passage may take as long as 14 days, but if you arrive early and need to change travel plans he will help out with any extra’s fee within reason. He needs semi-experienced crew who can Avoid collision, hold course, trim sails, monitor engines and follow skipper’s standing orders I would also add, and knows how to handle mal-de-mer. He e-mails: 39 foot catamaran in excellent condition with full suite of electronics and safety equipment. Private cabin for crew. He has been sailing for many years and has owned a 1983 Pearson 37 racer-cruiser, 2003 Hanse 342 before this boat. The boat is Very well equipped with EPIRB, offshore 8-person life raft, full instruments, redundant chart plotters, AIS, radar, personal safety gear, water maker.
