4/30/2023 from Boston, MA to Hilton Head Island, SC on a Caver 55

OPO e-mail # 23-15 XXXXXX bought a 1999 Caver 55 Power boat named Olivus. This is a Power motor yacht with 2 staterooms. 1500 hrs on twin Cummins 450hp diesels. He has one young friend who is very handy going along so is looking for one more crew. His name is XXXXXX will be on summer break from XXXXXX He lives in Charleston and has restored his own sailboat. Todd Adds: This is a coastal cruise from Boston to XXXXXX Island on a newly purchased boat. Boat to be surveyed by XXXXXX and XXXXXX We will use XXXXXX if weather gets bad, but I expect that we'll encounter some rough seas. I will bring patches and pills for seasickness. Plan is to travel approximately 10 mph, 24 hours/day with a couple diesel stops (weather permitting). You can see the boat on yachtworld at https://www.UUUUU.com Please note the boat has not been surveyed yet so make sure you hear from Todd that the passage is a go before taking time off from work or booking any plane tickets. While the passage may go very well and as planned Todd can run 24/7 outside, if you have to go inside you will be traveling mostly in daylight along the ICW and the passage may take a little longer. The boat is new to him. Todd has 14 years boating, and both of the other crew are very handy and mechanically inclined. Of course, if the boat does survey turn up any surprises the deal may be cancelled., The passage is free with all onboard food and boat expenses covered. Todd is willing to help transportation to and from the boat within reason for the good crew. You will want to also offer to pay for your own meals ashore if you do stop along the way and spend the night. If you are interested in want to learn more, please e-mail your sailing resume to Todd at XXXXX@XXXX
