She is a very nice boat and is for sail for $125,000. If you sign up for this boat and she sells on this side of the Atlantic the owner will reimburse you for your plane ticket to St. Maarten. You may then switch to the Swan 46 and have free airfare to St. Maarten. If you are interested in buying the boat, let me know and I will put you in touch with the owner. Mini Rally this summer from Little Egg Inlet NJ to Montauk NY – OPO encourages and helps promote anyone that is helping others to expand their horizons and sail offshore. An old friend, Stanley Fleishman, (whom we have know since 1974) is organizing a mini-rally from Little Egg NJ to Montauk NY to help fellow sailors, with limited vacation time, to make a long passage overnight from southern NJ to Montauk NY this summer to get them sailing new waters. The plan is to depart early morning Saturday July 26th and be in Montauk by the following night to enjoy the start of a week or two cruising Block Island Sound with a return through Long Island Sound. I will be traveling to Southern NJ Saturday January 26th for a meeting with this group to discuss the rally and offshore sailing opportunities. Any OPO member wishing to join us is welcome to come and meet some of the participants (and me) at the Seaview Harbor Marina at 11:00 am. If you have a boat in the South Jersey area and want to participate, come meet the group. If you do not have a boat, but may want to meet someone who may need crew, also come. In the early summer we may have a couple of posting to help any of the particpants make the overnight sail at the end of July. Our intentions promoting rallies is to offer our crew member base to any skipper looking to have an extra hand or two for their offshore passage.
