Newort Boat Show

We  have a booth at the Newport Boat show in 2011. All Active OPO members get two free tickets to the show. We are offering OPO members the chance to sail up to the shw and stay aboard a Beneteau 50 for the show and then can sail back. Just let us know if you want to go.

Annapolis Boat Show

Annapolis Boat Show – Last year we did not sail to the show and back, but this year we are offering OPO members the opportunity to sail to or from the Annapolis Boat Show and to stay aboard Avocation while at the show. No need to get a hotel or car.

 

We will depart Huntington NY on Monday morning October 3rd and sail non-stop to Annapolis to arrive on Wednesday to be there for Opening Day Thursday Oct 4th. We will depart Annapolis Saturday morning after seeing the show for two days. We will be back in New York on Monday morning October 10th. The fee to sail one way and stay aboard until Friday is $1000 (5 Days) or from Friday to Monday (see the show Friday and stay aboard Friday Night and then 2 days sail back is $800 (for 4 days).  Stay with us the entire 8 days for $1600. The price includes captain, linen, fuel, and onboard food and dockage, but does not include a ticket to the show. Since we do not have a booth we cannot get a discount on tickets for the Annapolis Boat Show.  NARC Rally Aboard a Swan

 Swan Opportunity NARC Rally – If you want to sign aboard a Swan in the NARC Rally, we have several sailing in the Swan Program this year.  It looks like one Swan 46 with Captain Murray Jacob, Avocation which I will skipper, A Swan 56 and perhaps a 62 and another 48. If you are interested in securing passage early and making plans at work and with the airlines soon, please give me a call. We have been getting a good response and a couple of the boats are near full so if you have a special request for a particular boat or skipper, please let me know soon.
