The Rally is free this year with no charge for the boat.

 New Announced Sept 13th 2012 There is no fee per head. The Rally is 100% FREE

To register please Include a check (NO. Do Not Send a Check, but do tell us about the boat and crew.) for the first two crew, made out to Offshore Passage Opportunities. We will assign crew closer to departure. We will want to develop a crew roster two weeks in advance and will collecting money for additional crew at the Skipper's meeting in Newport.
